Share your exact location and explain the vehicle's condition. Where roadside repair is not suitable, our team can assess recovery and arrange an appropriate vehicle, subject to eligibility and availability.

Flat tyre and battery support

Tell us which tyre is affected or describe the starting problem. The team will assess whether assistance at the location is practical or recovery is needed.

Fuel and mechanical problems

Describe the problem accurately, including any warning signs. Parts, fuel, repairs and work beyond your membership benefits may involve separate charges. Ask the team to explain and confirm additional charges before authorising work.

Before requesting help

Keep your registration number, policy details, location and a reachable phone number ready. Plan limits, waiting periods, service areas and exclusions are those applicable to your purchased membership.

Safety comes first

If it is safe, move away from traffic and choose a visible place to wait. Roadside assistance is not an ambulance, police or fire response service. For danger or injury, contact the appropriate emergency service first.
